Participant Management Assessing Parenting Help Center

What are participants?

Clients who receive services from the agency are called participants. Each participant has a unique ID number. Participants are pre- and post-tested using the inventories available on this web. The data collected including demographics and scores combine to create a participant profile.

How do I create a participant?

Participants cannot be created directly. If you are scoring an assessment for a client that is not in the Assessing Parenting system, select "New" from the Participant selection box when scoring their first assessment.

How do I edit a participant?

Some inventories use demographic information as a part of their scoring algorithm. Because of this, participant information is updated by editing the last assessment taken.

  1. To edit a participant, locate the participant within the Participants Tab. Use the search by and filter by fields to narrow your selection to the specific participant you wish to edit.
  2. A note at the top of the page will indicate the last assessment scored for the selected participant. Click the link.
  3. Click the edit this assessment button and make any necessary demographic adjustments. Note that the scores may be different depending on the demographics data changed and the inventory being scored. Make sure to replace any printed copies of the assessment profile after editing participant demographic data.

Can I delete a participant?

Participants cannot be deleted or removed.
