The reporting module allows agencies to analyze the demographic data and sten scores of assessments scored for their programs. Advanced filtering is available to allow agencies to analyze subsets of data.

1. On the Reports Tab select the programs you wish to generate data for.
   • Note: If you don't see the program you wish to export data for, click the show inactive programs link to see if the program may have been deactivated.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and make your desired selections from the Report Data form and click the Generate button
3. If you receive an error, try broadening your export criteria and clicking the Generate button again
