What are satellites?

If your agency has multiple locations, you can now add your other locations yourself as Satellite Agencies. You can then assign them assessments out of your pool of uses. A Satellite agency has one Satellite Agent, they cannot have Satellites Agencies under them, but they can have Facilitators.

What are facilitators?

An Assessing Parenting facilitator is an individual user with limited access to the site. Specifically, facilitators only have the power to administer inventories and view participant profiles. They may not create or edit programs, nor may they add new facilitators or satellites. If staff need to be able to edit programs or manage satellites/facilitators, please allow them to use the main administration username and password.

How do I allocate assessments to satellites?

Allocating assessments to a satellite Agency removes the assessment uses from what is available to the Central Agency and reassigns them to the Satellite. If you reduce the number of assessments they have available they go back into your Central Agencies total amount available.

To allocate assessments to a Satellite, click on the Satellite Agency from the list, and scroll to the bottom of the page.

How do create a new satellite?

  1. Click on the Satellites tab at the top-right of the agency dashboard
  2. Click on the blue Add a New Satellite button
  3. Enter the Satellite Details and Satellite Agent information
    NOTE: The Satellite Agent must be a new user account.
  4. Click Save
  5. The new Satellite Agent will receive an email with the subject "Account Confirmation". Agents should click the link in the email, which will allow them to choose a password.
    NOTE: If a Satellite Agent does not receive the "Account Confirmation" email, you can bypass the email confirmation by editing the satellite and checking the box next to "If the agent is not receiving their confirmation email, checking this box will allow them to log in."

How do I create a new facilitator?

  1. Click on the Facilitators tab at the top-right of the agency dashboard
  2. Click on the blue Add a New Facilitator button
  3. Enter the Facilitator Details
    NOTE: If the user will be a Satellite Agent, do NOT create a facilitator account for them
  4. The new Facilitator will receive an email with the subject "Account Confirmation". Facilitators should click the link in the email, which will allow them to choose a password.
    NOTE: If a Facilitator does not receive the "Account Confirmation" email, you can bypass the email confirmation by editing the facilitator and checking the box next to "Email confirmed?"
