How do you protect the data on the website?

Who has access to the information that is entered?

Only authorized Assessing Parenting employees and subcontractors from our support and development teams have access to Customer Data. Such subcontractors are contractually bound to the same data security and privacy standards that apply to us.

Heroku Services, San Francisco, CA: Our web application is hosted with Heroku Services in San Francisco, CA. Heroku’s physical infrastructure is hosted and managed within Amazon's secure data centers and utilize the Amazon Web Service (AWS) technology.

Integritive, Inc., Asheville, NC: Our web application is developed and maintained by Integritive, Inc, based in Asheville, NC.

Is there a way to delete data after scoring an assessment?

It is not possible for agencies to delete data. Data can be deleted by the Assessing Parenting team upon request.
