Facilitator Guide

Facilitators

An AAPI facilitator is an individual user with limited access to the site. Specifically, facilitators only have the power to administer inventories and view participant profiles. They may not create or edit programs, nor may they add new facilitators or satellites.

Adding a new Facilitator

To add a new facilitator click the action button in the sidebar on the facilitator page. Complete the form including: name, email, phone, username and temporary password. The Facilitator will then be sent an account confirmation to the email address provided. The will need to click on the link in the email, enter a new password, and agree to the Terms of Service. To deactivate a facilitator, edit their account.

If a new facilitator does not recieve thier confirmation email, double-check that the email address has been entered correctly. If it has, then edit the facilitator and check the "Email Confirmed" checkbox. This will allow the facilitator to login.

Editing an existing Facilitator

As a Principal Agent you can update the status of facilitators. You can also change their username and password. To do this click on their name in the list of facilitators, and clicking the 'edit this facilitator' link. Update the information, update the status and click save.
